Rental Terms
These rental terms describe the operating expectations between asset providers, renters, and RentoBENKI workflows.
Pickup, delivery, and return
Rental start and end times, regional collection rules, delivery zones, and return conditions must be observed exactly to avoid overtime, transport, or handling charges.
Asset condition and use
Renters must inspect asset at handoff, use it only for intended purposes, and report faults, accidents, or damage immediately through the agreed support channel.
Responsibility and loss
Rented items remain the property of the asset owner or operator. Loss, theft, misuse, unapproved sub-rental, or avoidable damage may result in replacement or repair liability.
Extensions and cancellations
Extensions depend on availability and approval. Cancellation timing, partial use, and late returns may affect refund eligibility and final charges.
